Respite Care or rehabilitation care is short-term care where seniors may come live with us and join our family for a day, a week or even a month.

Respite Care or short-term care can provide valuable "time off", or a break to family members or caregivers. The task of caring for a loved one is very rewarding but it can also be a very challenging and demanding one. Respite care offers planned temporary substitute care so that you may attend to other things knowing that your loved one will be well taken care of in a stimulating and safe environment.

Respite Care also known as Rehabilitation Care is sometimes used when there is a need for some extra personal assistance usually after an illness or surgery.

There are times when Respite Care can be used as a "trial period" at our facility to determine whether the Greenridge Senior Care community is a perfect fit for you or your loved one.
